Insight on Business the New Hour with Michael Libbie is heard live Monday - Friday starting at 5PM Central on 1350-KRNT, Des Moines, Iowa.  The News Hour focuses on business and interviews with news-makers.  In this podcast we hear from Matt McCarty, an active duty police officer who is a co-owner of Drive With Cops a driving school.  It's different, unique to the Metro and there is a special reason, according to McCarty, why this is so...personal.

Following the stocks and a report from agriculture we spend some time with Rick Green the Des Moines Register.  Three weeks ago Gannett named Green, who had been the editor of the paper for three years, as the new publisher and president.  It's a return to having a journalist as the leader of a swiftly changing media and he is very candid about his mission.
